Scrollible Terms of Use

Effective 15 October 2026

These terms are between you and Scrollible LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we"). By using the Scrollible app or websites you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Scrollible. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and the Apple section below is part of these terms.

Use

Use Scrollible for your own reading and to share verses. Do not copy or scrape the pictures, recordings or data in bulk, try to get around the app's security or reach parts of our servers the app does not use, overload or disrupt our servers, or use Scrollible to break the law. We may stop serving anyone who does.

Content

The pictures, recordings, app and the Scrollible name belong to Scrollible LLC or its licensors. The Bible texts and study notes come from the sources listed in the app under Settings › More › About › Acknowledgements, under their own terms.

The illustrations are made with AI tools from our own descriptions of each verse and reviewed by us. They are artistic interpretations, not historical records, and not a statement of doctrine. If you think something in Scrollible is wrong or infringes your rights, tell us at the address below and we will look at it promptly.

Optional account

Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and only keeps your progress in step between devices. You can delete the account at any time in Settings › Progress › Account › Delete Account. We may delete an account that is used to abuse our servers.

Tips

Tips are optional one-time in-app purchases that support Scrollible. They unlock nothing, are used up when bought, and are not donations to a charity. Apple processes them. Tips are not refundable, except where the law or Apple's refund policies require it; refunds are requested from Apple.

No warranty

Scrollible is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Scrollible LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Scrollible. Our total liability for any claim about Scrollible is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits.

Changes and ending

We may change Scrollible or these terms. If the terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use Scrollible means you accept it. You may stop using Scrollible at any time by deleting the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Apple

If you got the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and Scrollible LLC only, not Apple, and Scrollible LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for it, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Scrollible LLC, not Apple, is responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that it infringes someone's intellectual property. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
